We are seeing a problem where our support staff cannot use SCCM to establish a remote connection to a user who is connected to the same F5 APM VIP and assigned an IP from the same lease pool.
If they are given an IP from another lease pool or connect to another VIP their remote access connection works. Any ideas where to start troubleshooting? We have proxy arp enabled and don't see any blocks in our endpoint security software.
