Pool is showing down intermittently for 4 Secs. Interestingly it is all the time down for 4 secs.
Time Interval between Pool going down is Intermittent. Like sometimes it is going down after 1 hour and sometimes after 2 Hours but all the time when Pool comes back it says it was down for 4 secs.
What could be the issue ?
Health Monitor on this is using https, where I see Interval is 5 secs and TimeOut is 16secs , increasing this value will help us resolve this issue or while increasing this value will bypass some other Infrastructure issue.
