Is it possible to apply different profile (SSL, HTTP, persistence, ..etc)? I need to have multiple virtual servers to apply different profiles

Yes, you can use a vip-to-vip solution where you inspect on the front-end virtual the host, then map each host to a back-end vip where different profiles/policies are required. The one challenge is with tcp profiles wrt to client, you might need to redirect to another front-end vip for that, which doesn't meet your requirements.
