Message box - Move to center and make bigger

I have a v11.3 HF3 box in which I have a big message and need to move the message box to the center and make it bigger. I looked all over the customization and do not see any where where I can modify this specific message to fit my requirements.

Any suggestions on how to do this would be appreciated.
