Masking data in the Response Log in ASM

Hello, we have been looking at enabling response logging in the ASM however there are some fields that are returned that we would class as sensitive and do not want logged but they must still be passed back to the client. I have request logging working very well to mask sensitive data but cannot get the response to filter out and mask this data. I cannot see a way to enable just the masking of data in the response without using Data Guard, but data guard will also affect the data returned to the client which is not a solution for me.
