Please can someone help me to find where i can check the reason of making the IP address for one of our partners a malicious IP address categorized under bot and spam classes ? even if the scan of this ip address is clean according to virustotal.
Have you tried https://www.brightcloud.com/tools/url-ip-lookup.php yet? If I'm not mistaken, this should be the same database as the F5 uses for its assessment. If it's flagged as bad, it will tell you what for.
