in regards to article K81239824 and bug ID 607410. Only 12.1.4.1 and 13.0.0 are listed under "Fixed In" version. What does this mean for versions not listed in the Fix or "Applies To" section. we are experiencing this and currently on 12.1.5.2.

The fix has been introduced starting from the version 12.1.4.1, so the version 12.1.5.2 should in theory not be impacted.
