Is Network > Packet Filters also used for blocking traffic towards VS VIP

Just wanted to know if Network > Packet Filters also block traffic going towards VS VIP IP address if in a rule I specify them as destination

Yes, all the packets processed through f5 are initially looked into packet filters rules, if rules are allowing then its going to check VIP parameters;
