Is Network > Packet Filters also used for blocking traffic towards VS VIP

Hi all   Just wanted to know if Network > Packet Filters also block traffic going towards VS VIP IP address if in a rule I specify them as destination   Thanks Kind Regards

Yes, all the packets processed through f5 are initially looked into packet filters rules, if rules are allowing then its going to check VIP parameters;
