Impact of restarting big3d service

Hi, all. I'm totally new to F5 and looking to get some help regarding the big3d service.

Our vulnerability scan detected that the load balancers use TLS 1.0 on port 4353, while looking to fix this issue I came across this KB article - https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K95015345

My questions are,

1. Is there any impact to any of the actual data traffic while restarting this service?
2. How do I check the current config of the big3d service?
