If you just want to disable the check, you can do so under Security ›› Application Security : Policy Building : Learning and Blocking Settings - HTTP Protocol Compliance Failed. (there may also be a Learning suggestion for it, if you have Learning enabled)
However, make sure that you only disable these features if you are certain that it is valid traffic that triggered these violations as normal traffic should not trigger these violations.
