Hi everybody

I'm having trouble upgrading the OS on an inoperative VCMP F5 device, because I can't upgrade the OS via the CLI (command list), is there a solution to my problem?

you probably need to see why it is in this state first as there are multiple reasons and fix it.
check in /var/logs

this is the log contained in the VCMP device, is there any other way you can do it to upgrade the OS for this device?

looks to me like this device is part of a HA cluster and has some links down.

Have a look at this:

https://my.f5.com/manage/s/article/K14166297#link_0_02

there are some vCMP recommendations and also how to upgrade an HA cluster.
