MVPThe ASM/AWAF uses anacron in newer versions for the datasync demon for example Overview of anacron utility on the BIG-IP system (f5.com) . Better see during the time the CPU is high with the top command which process causes this.

As odd number CPU are for control plane the then it is not tmm and you can catch it with the top command.
