HA Floating IP Link Controller

Please help me, i was implement High Availability Active-Active Device Service Clustering on BIG-IP 2000 with feature Link Controller to controll two different ISP and Wide IP DNS, BIG-IP software version is 12.1.2, but i still stuck at my floating IP, below i share the picture,

 

 

when i used my floating IP traffic-group1 to handle default route from firewall to internet like an VRRP, my connection from internal to Internet (outside) is timeout, but web service through inbound wide IP is normal, can someone give explanation about function floating IP on HA Link Controller?
