There are no qkview logs which can tell what went wrong with the bind.

The possible issue seems with the named service

 

Debug log for zrd and bind needs to be captured if the event occurs frequently to identify the possible reason behind this error.

The workaround will be to restart the 'named' and 'zrd'.
