create email alert when a pool member falls

hello I have a critical service that I need to monitor and alert by mail when it falls, I have found an article that sends alerts when a trap is run and sends alerts configuring the alertd but this does it in a general way (all nodes), there are some How to do for a specific member?

if it is not possible by the alertd, is it possible by irule or some alternative?
