create / delete packet filter web service

I am developing a cloud service for VLAN and Firewall and I need to automate the provisioning of security rules (packet filter) on BigIP ASM VE device. this would be using vlan and filterexpression as input parameters. I have seen the wsdl function available at /iControl/iControlPortal.cgi?WSDL=Networking.PacketFilter and I want to import it into my HP operation orchestration library. what is the mechanism for doing so? ideally I just need to import the complete wsdl into operation orchestration if that is available from the F5 VE.
