can you do one more thing here. In tmsh mode just type ltm and go inside of ltm module
then run below command lets see
(tmos)ltm# create node name www.msn.com fqdn {name www.msn.com address-family ipv4 autopopulate enabled interval 0}if still issue open ticket with f5 support team
