CPU utilisation due to audit_forwarder

Hi All,

I observe that the CPU utilisation in my device is always beyond 60% at all times. I checked for the process which takes more cpu utilisation. I see the audit_forwarder(2 processes) is taking somewhere around 20-30% combindly. I have pasted the output below.
