We are implementing a datasafe to a client's application (username and password) but as we applied and tried to test it. The login credentials are being rejected. We test the system without the datasafe encryption and the user was able to login.
What could be the possible issue in this scenario?
We are also trying to check on the backend side what happens when we implement datasafe profile on the username and password. The first assumption of the team is when we have the datesafe profile enabled on the VS, the username and password that are being received by the backend server are also encrypted that's why we are having login credential errors.
