BIG-IQ 4.5 ESXi deployment VM requirement

Is there a document showing VM requirements in terms of vCPU's, Diskspace and Memory to install BIG-IQ 4.5 Virtual Edition with a 25 device license?

And is there a compatibility matrix in terms of BIG-IQ to ESXi version?
