Assign a resource to the request without AD query

My current APM is configured as below in short.

I want to assign a resource assignment macro to the users who choose the fallback option in the decision box. My request is the user must be able to access the Portal access icon without having to have a userID and Password.

On your fallback branch, can you just use an Advanced Resources object to assign whatever resources you need to unauthenticated sessions?
