Anyone deploy VMware Horizon View 7.x with BIG-IP 12.x ?

We're in the process of deploying Horizon View 7.6 and plan on front ending it with our BIG-IPs. Going through the various guides it's tough to know what's all needed so I'm curious if anyone has setup something similar?

 

It appears that we're limited to using PCoIP since BLAST isn't supported until v13 or possibly v14 depending on what you read. Anyone do BLAST with v12 somehow?

 

APM will not be used We plan on using UAG servers (LTM Pool) in a "DMZ" of sorts as we want to incorporate 2FA with DUO. Connection Servers (LTM Pool) will be on another VLAN and will broker the connections to the actual VDI Desktops.

 

A couple questions I have: What version of everything are you running?

 

Did you use the iApp to deploy or did you do it all manually? How come one way or the other?

 

Are you using HTML5 or just the straight clients?

 

What sorts of issues should I be aware of when deploying?

 

Any other hints juicy bits you can mention?
