UPDATE: As of May Release, you can now advertise on port 53 on a CE on a custom VIP/IP.

Could you please provide more details on this?  I continue to get errors that port 53 is a reserved port and can't be used.

    Hi Walter.  Did you Specify a new IP address on the listener?  You cannot use the default SLI or SLO IP Address as they are reserved for our local instance CoreDNS.
