I have this implemented, but when you logout from Office365 (Wave 15) you are redirected back to Office365, still logged in. APM picks up the MSISSignOut cookie being set to blank and the APM portion of the logout works, but the ADFS doesn't seem to. When you choose logout a second time you must authenticate to APM, then it completes the ADFS logout.
Anyone else having this problem? Has something changed in the way ADFS works in Server 2012 R2, as compared with ADFS 2.0? Has something about the way logout works changed in Office365?
