Hello Mark, All,

is there any fix to avert ip collision? Sometime some user station hang and an APM session remain active, when the user come back and try to login again it takes collision error and EC stuck on initializing.

We receive this kind of mesage:

We mitigated this with the max session per user = 1 but we would like fix.
