APM-DHCP Access Policy Example and Detailed Instructions

That was very informative information as to what is going on behind the scenes. I tried setting session.dhcp.client_ID to value '' in my DHCP_Setup Variable Assign Item but it doesn't seem to be working, see attached for one example of how i was trying to define the variable. Am i doing this wrong?
