NimbostratusYeah I built a new Windows 7 vm because that's what I've been running this on, my old win 7 vm and I wanted to troubleshoot in the same enviro. I already disabled IIS 7.5 on my original old school WIn 7 vm, and will now build a small Server 2016 vm for this. Thank you for being so quick with suggestions and next steps. Happy New Year
