The Third link "cannot find community" error may be related to issues we are having with cookies/caches/logins/redirects.

The second one is a defunct way to reference tagged lists and Article Series'. These old paths will never work but Article Series' will be getting better later this year - easier to find etc.
The analog to that link is Tag:"series-f5-certification-mega-meta-series" | DevCentral
