Yes. What are you wanting the F5 to do with the client IP?

    I hope f5 send client ip to server by X-Real-IP ?

    Yes, the BigIP will forward on the X-Real-IP header, if it is presented by the client, to the backend server. You can also enable X-Forwarded-For in the HTTP profile if you need the BigIP to insert a header with the clients IP for the servers to consume.

    ou ,thank you ! I know how to use X-Forwarded-For to insert a header with the clients ip ,but I don't know how to use X-Real-IP ; X-Real-IP need use irules achieve ？
