Hi,

 

the Self Unicast source address is defined in Device management for HA.

 

you may have changed the self IP and not change the local address used in cluster. the F5 process may not have checked this configuration relationship when you deleted the previous self IP and error occurs only after configuration load.

 

correct the configuration and start to load the configuration.
