Hi Prak
You can request for a 90 day free trial and your would be given a registration key over email. Once you get it, try getting the license using the licensing process via the web configuration utility.
Link to get the Eval registration key:

Yes Prak. The 30 days license will give you access to all the modules. However you need to regenerate a new license every 30 days and need to rebuild the system again.
But as long as we have access to the module, I guess its ok :) .

Ok . Are you using a personal email id to register or your company email id. Usually with personal email ids its a little tough to get the license.

For more permanent lab environment with all features, I would suggest to invest about USD100 for a lab virtual edition. The VE LAB edition is fully supported (you pay nominal support fee).
You can purchase those via F5 sales channel. Find a local F5 reseller and ask for SKUs: F5-BIG-VE-LAB-V13 and associated support contract (eg. F5-SVC-BIG-VE-STDL13).
