When accessing through F5 URL....its working slow and taking time 7-8 mins while through direct backed servers taking on 2-3 sec

Use curl to troubleshoot as this will help you to understand the response. Check logs on the F5 to see if any of the pool members are down or any other errors. This should be a good start as far as troubleshooting is concerned.
