Considering the f5isapi.dll is an agent which F5 created and provides on the Overview page of the admin GUI, I have a hard time understanding that position. Who did they suggest should troubleshoot the issue? Or what did they suggest you do about the problem?

 

 

You might ask them for unofficial suggestions even if they don't officially support it.
