I tried opening a case (Case Number C574715). Here was the response:

 

 

"...the .dll isn't officially supported because doesn't run directly on our hardware and operating system so. I don't have any other details on the subject."

 

 

Doesn't sound like opening a case will help. Thanks, Ken
