WM 5 & Connection Manager

I am not sure but except web browser other applicatins don't seem to use connection manager.

 

To make use other application CM, do I have to use Connection manager API on Windows Mobile 5?

 

If so, which function should I have to use? please let me know.

I think I have to use "ConnMgrEstablishConnection"

 

Am I right?

 

 

Also, Is "ConnMgrMapURL" the same as "exception list" on WM5?
