Though I doubt I'll have the answer, some more detail regarding the issue may help others answer your question.

 

  1. What's the application? Is it deployed using Access Policy Manager (APM)?
  2. What are the front-end and back-end ports? Are there multiple pools (different backend ports) in use for it?
  3. Are there any iRules in place? If so, what for?
  4. Did you upgrade the F5? If so, from which version to which version? If not, can you provide more info regarding the nature of the upgrade?
