Will this Failover??

Here is a scenario.

 

 

I have viprion in a clustered mode, one is in active mode and other is in passive(HA).Box 1 is the active box. Any failure in box 1 will failover and box 2 becomes active. I have set the timeout for failover is 300 seconds.

 

Here is my question.

 

 

Scenario 1.

 

Box 1 is active box. Suppose 1 VLAN goes down in box 1, it waits for 300 seconds and then it will failover. what happens if the another VLAN goes down in the box 2? Will it failover?(another VLAN is already down in box 1)

 

 

Scenario 2.

 

Box 1 is active box. Suppose 1 VLAN goes down in box 1 it waits for 300 seconds and then it will failover. What happens if another VLAN is already down in box 2? Will it failover?
