the
Loose Initiation and Loose Close opotions are required for asymetric / n-path routing scenarios. Those settings are allowing your LTM to NOT require a full 3-way connection handshake / 4-way connection close handshake, to establish/close a TCP connection, which is required for asymetric routing scenarios, since in this case the LTM sees just the client originated traffic but not the traffic originated by your backend systems.
Unfortuately those options are not compatible with the radically performance optimized but on the slightly limited functionalities of the PVA chips.
Note: I can tell your if the same is also true for ePVA offloading. You may open a ticket with the support to clarify (and please inform us about the result)
