Why LTM uses 0.0.0.2 as source IP for health monitoring ?

Can someone help me? I have LTM with routing domain 1, and from this RD LTM uses 0.0.0.2 as source for health-monitoring... so all services seems like dead :(       detailes here:   I creat...

I'm not sure why this would happen. Can you open a case with F5 Support on this?
