Why is there no ping response from Pool Member nodes?

Hi,

 

L3SW ---(VLAN10)--- BIG-IP(Virtual Server) ---(VLAN20)----Pool Member

 

I want to check the ping communication between the L3SW and Pool Member nodes.

Ping passes to Virtual Server, but Ping does not pass from L3SW to Pool Member nodes.

There was no problem with the routing settings, and when packet capture was performed on BIG-IP, both ICMP echo requests could be observed with BIG-IP, but there was no reply.

 

Is there any other setting required for BIG-IP?

    Looks like connection is not there from BIG-IP to Pool member. Can you do the packet capture in BIGIP and see

      Hi, Samir

      ​Looking at the packet capture, ICMP echo request has arrived from L3SW to Pool Member nodes, and Pool Member nodes return reply. It seems to be dropped by BIGIP, but the reason is because the connection is not established?

       

      What should I do in that case?
