inband monitor mark pool down when client request did get the response from particular pool member in particular period of time. HTTP monitor will check for the content from backend server on that basis it will mark pool member down or up. ?
Why inband monitor has been introduced and Is there any material where I will get more about monitor function in the background for each type?

Inband monitor is sort of passive monitor and it become active when there is some traffic request to the VIP. This way, you are able to save bandwidth. In contrast, others are active monitor - whether there is any traffic to VIP or not, F5 will perform healthcheck as per defined frequency.

In that situation, you can use passive(inband) not to be any extra charge for monitoring.
