Which IRules are compatible with which Virtual Server types?

I'm evaluating a pair of 6800s by pushing live traffic through them, and we're seeing pretty high CPU utilization. I have 2 small iRules which I may/may not be able to move off, so I want to see about...

I believe that none of the iRules will work with Performance modes because they are restricted to layer 4 processing via the PVA (ASIC) and iRules must be processed within the actual CPU.

 

 

I could be mistaken though, so any other comments would be welcome.
