which F5 product can support 8 WAN link ISP

LinkController is doing that. That product is EoS (only in the USA) since 31st Oct 2015 (Ref: sol13328631: United States of America Only: End of Sale notice -- BIG-IP Link Controller, effective October 31, 2015

every LTM would be able to handle 8 different ISP connections by using vlan tagging, trunking protocols and aggregation switches to terminate the individual links.

 

The choice of the right LTM box would more or less depend on throughput/s or request/s requirements and the required feature sets.
