Where to buy VE Lab edition in Europe (F5-BIG-VE-LAB-V16)

Hello,

 

I would like to purchase a not so expansive Lab Edition to run my own private testing lab. I've seen that it's possible to get it from CDW, but it's in USA and at the moment of purchase, they require a valid US address.

 

Do you know how and where I can get my hand on this license in Europe?
