Please help me to find the TMSH command reference in PDF format ver 13.0 , Below is providing in HTML format, where we cannot find any specific command.

most tmsh commands in v13 are the same as in v12.
The fact that F5 has failed to produce a usable documentation in v13 is quite bad - I suggest logging a support case
