when saving ucs, required to enter password

Hi，I met a problem ,it's required to enter password when saving ucs . it shown like : Saving active configuration... Enter password:   and i have to press any key to continue. the version is 11.4....

tmsh save sys ucs /var/local/ucs/a.ucs
    Saving active configuration...
    Enter password: 
    /var/local/ucs/a.ucs is saved.

still can not find Where the root of the problem is.
