What's the bandwidth of different product grade on VE?

Hi,   I am trying the BigIp Virtual Edition on EC2. F5 offers 25Mbps, 200Mbps, and 1Gbps grades on images. I wonder what that bandwidth really referring to, in-coming(request), out-going(response)...
