What tmsh command to show transaction per sec

this box max connection/sec is 4000 so im use 1/100 * (max connection/sec) result is 40 right?

As the capture , i see the maximum is 24 TPS. So, 1/100 * 24 = 0.24 from 40 (Maximum T/P for 2200) or the connection reach 50% (24/40) of box's performance ?
