What TCP::Collect n m means?

I have saw some rules that use

TCP::Collect n m

from the BIGIP Refence Guide, I can only find the n means how many bytes collected, but what the 'm' means?

    is the number of bytes to skip before collecting. You should be able to find some examples by searching forum. Good luck!
